Boost My Tool is a directory submission service. We submit your tool information to third-party directories and listing sites (such as Neil Patel AI Tools, FutureTools, and others) to help increase visibility and traffic to your tool. You provide the content; we handle the submission process.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content and data you submit through our service
  • Ensuring you have the right to submit your tool and that it does not infringe any third-party rights
  • Complying with the terms of use of any third-party directory or platform where we submit your information
  • Any outcomes, results, or consequences arising from your submissions

4. Third-Party Submissions & Limitation of Liability

Important: Our service submits your data to third-party directories and platforms. We do not control these third parties. We are not responsible for:

  • Whether your tool is accepted, rejected, or listed by any third-party directory
  • The availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party platforms
  • Any changes third parties make to their listings, rankings, or terms
  • Any loss of traffic, revenue, reputation, or other outcomes related to third-party submissions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, boostmytool.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or from third-party actions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. No Guarantee of Results or Uptime

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

  • That your tool will be accepted by any directory
  • Any specific level of traffic, visibility, or ranking
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of our service
  • That third-party directories will remain available or unchanged

6. Acceptable Use

  • Use the service for spam, fraud, or malicious purposes

If you pay for our service, fees are as stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, fees are non-refundable. We do not guarantee refunds for unsatisfactory results from third-party submissions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which boostmytool.com operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
